Terms of use
These terms apply to everyone who uses Galabada at galabada.com. By using the service you accept them. If you do not, please do not use Galabada.
1. What Galabada is
Galabada is a free music streaming service operated by Mosaic. There is no subscription, no advertising and no paid tier. You listen in your browser; nothing is sold to you, and nothing about you is sold to anyone else.
The catalogue is assembled by us from archival recordings. How we decide what may be published is described in Rights and removals.
2. Your account
You can listen without an account. An account lets you keep liked tracks, playlists, followed artists and listening history.
Accounts are Chakloon accounts. Galabada never sees or stores your password — sign-in, registration and password recovery are handled by Chakloon Passport, even though the screens live on galabada.com. Keep your password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
One account belongs to one person. We may suspend or close an account that is used to attack the service or other people.
3. What you may do
Listen, search, build playlists, follow artists — for yourself, privately, for non-commercial listening. That is what the service is for.
4. What you may not do
- Download, capture, rip or otherwise keep copies of the audio, or work around the measures that keep streams tied to this site.
- Redistribute, broadcast or republish anything from the catalogue.
- Scrape or bulk-harvest the catalogue, or hit the service with automated traffic beyond ordinary listening.
- Use someone else’s account, or try to reach data that is not yours.
- Interfere with the service or the infrastructure it runs on.
5. The catalogue changes
Recordings can disappear at any time and without notice — because a rights holder asked us to remove them, because our own review found a problem, or because we changed our mind about what belongs here. A track that leaves the catalogue also leaves your playlists and your history. This is normal and not a fault.
6. Availability
Galabada is provided as it is, free of charge. We do not promise that it will be available, complete, or free of errors, and we may change, pause or close it. We will not do that quietly if we can help it.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using — or being unable to use — a free service. Nothing here limits rights you have by law, including consumer rights and liability that cannot be excluded.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update this document. The current version always lives at this address with its effective date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will say so on the service rather than hope you notice.
