Support, rights complaints, privacy requests, press, and anything else. We read it ourselves; there is no ticket queue between you and the people who run this.
What to write about where
- Something is broken or you cannot sign in — start with Help; if it does not cover your case, write to us and say what you did and what happened.
- A recording here is yours — see Rights and removals. We take material down while we check, not after.
- Your data — see Privacy for what we hold and how to have it shown to you or erased.
- You are an artist or an estate — we would genuinely like to hear from you, whether you want your recordings gone or presented better.
Who runs Galabada
Mosaic. The service runs on infrastructure in Germany, and accounts are Chakloon accounts, shared with other Chakloon products and managed in Chakloon Passport.
